Spiked Pumpkin Coffee recipe
A delicious adult treat that will warm you up this holiday season. Tuaca and fresh brewed coffee are topped with sweet pumpkin whipped cream for a unique and memorable after-dinner drink. Garnish with cinnamon sticks, orange sprinkles, or drizzle with melted chocolate.
Ingredients:
- 1 pot hot fresh brewed coffee
- 1 1/2 oz Tuaca (per serving)
- 1 tsp brown sugar (per serving)
- 1 c. heavy cream
- 1/4 c. confectioners' sugar
- 1 tbsp canned pumpkin puree
Directions:
In medium mixing bowl combine heavy cream, sugar, and canned pumpkin. Beat on hgih speed until soft peaks form. Set aside and chill until needed.
Fill each coffee glass or mug with hot coffee. Stir in brown sugar and Tuaca.
Top with Pumpkin Whipped Cream. Serve immediately.
