  • 4 oz semisweet chocolate
  • 1/3 c. sour cream
  • 1 c. chocolate cookie crumbs
  • 1/3 c. chocolate cookie crumbs
  • 1/3 c. confectioner's sugar
  • 24 silver dragees decorating candy
  • ¼ c. sliced almonds
  • 12 pieces long red vine licorice

  1. In a small saucepan melt chocolate.

  2. In small mixing bowl combine chocolate and sour cream. Add 1 cup chocolate cookie crumbs and mix thoroughly. Cover and refrigerate 1 hour or until firm.

  3. Remove chocolate mixture from refrigerator. Roll into small balls approximately 1” in size. Mold into an egg shape to create a mouse “nose”.

  4. Roll dough in confectioners sugar or chocolate cookie crumbs (to make white or dark mice). Place dragees for eyes, almond slices for ears and licorice for the tail.

  5. Place on a cookie sheet and loosely cover in foil. Refrigerate for two hours or until firm.
