Witches' Hats recipe

Ingredients:

1 oz of unsweetened baking chocolate squares.
1 cup of mini marshmallows.
3 tablespoons of corn syrup.
3 cups of puffed rice cereal.
12 oz of semisweet chocolate chips.

Directions:

Preheat your oven to 350°F.

In a suitably sized saucepan, melt the unsweetened chocolate and mini marshmallows.

Add the corn syrup.

While the chocolate is melting, place the puffed cereal in a shallow pan.

Bake for 10 minutes, then place in prepared bowl.

Pour the chocolate mixture over the puffed cereal, stirring to coat cereal evenly.

Form into 8 cones, flattening the large end to make the hat brim.

In a double boiler, melt the chocolate chips.

Dip the cones into melted chocolate to coat.

Place on waxed paper to allow to cool and harden.
