Acorn Cookies recipe

These simple and delicious cookies are easily assembled from chocolate kisses and vanilla cookie wafers. The simplicity of these delicious cookies makes them perfect for Halloween Parties, classroom treats, or even an after-dinner dessert suprise. Kids will love preparing these, and adults will enjoy how easy they are to make.

Ingredients:

• 1 tbsp prepared vanilla frosting
• 24 milk chocolate candy kisses
• 24 mini vanilla wafer cookies
• 24 butterscotch chips

Directions:

1. Unwrap 24 chocolate candy kisses and set aside.

2. Lay out 24 vanilla wafer cookies. Smear a small amount of frosting onto the flat bottom of a candy kiss and press gently onto the flat bottom of the vanilla wafer.

3. Smear frosting onto the flat bottom of a butterscotch hip and press onto the rounded top of the cookie. Repeat with remaining ingredients.

4. Set aside to dry, about 30 minutes. Refrigerate in an airtight container, or serve immediately.
